Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor
Schedule an appointment and together we can use counseling as a way to unpack old baggage weighing you down. I maintain a telehealth practice in southern Maine where I meet with adult clients for individual counseling. I aim to apply my knowledge and expertise as a clinical counselor to your areas of concern and self-identified goals for change. Together we can unpack the past, clarify current experiences, and collaborate to create a healthy way forward.
I have 17 years of experience as a Clinical Counselor since graduating from Marymount University in Alexandria, VA in 2007 with two master's degrees in Clinical Counseling and Forensic Psychology. I have practiced in a spectrum of settings including residential programs, prison systems, intensive outpatient programs, community counseling agencies and private practice. I have extensive post graduate training in the areas of mood and anxiety disorders, co-occurring disorders, trauma recovery, and grief and loss to name a few. Whether you are in need of an initial assessment to put a name to your symptoms or need to talk in a safe and supportive environment, I am here to help. If you aren't sure whether I can assist with the problem you are experiencing, give me a call. I am happy to discuss your needs.
